Do you use public buses in the Clarence Valley?
Help us identify where bus stop improvements are needed most.

We are seeking funding to upgrade bus stop facilities across the Clarence Valley. Your feedback will help us prioritise the locations that will benefit the community most.

What improvements are needed?

Tell us about public bus stops that would benefit from:

  • New bus shelters
  • Better accessibility for people using wheelchairs, prams or walking frames
  • Level boarding areas
  • Concrete waiting areas
  • Connecting footpaths
  • Seating
  • Lighting
  • Bus stop signs
  • Minor shelter upgrades
  • Other improvements that make catching the bus safer, easier or more accessible.

What will be prioritised?

Priority will generally be given to:

  • Existing public bus stops with the greatest demonstrated need
  • Improvements that increase accessibility
  • Bus stops with higher passenger use
  • Projects that can be delivered within the available funding

School bus stops are generally a lower priority under this program, as routes and stop locations may change over time. Larger projects that cannot be funded now will be recorded for future funding opportunities.
