Photograph / MEDIA consent
Clarence Valley Council often requires photographs/video footage to be taken of local residents or other community members using Council services or participating in Council events for use in publications, on the Council’s website and/or by the media. This can include (but is not limited to) the Annual Report, the Council Plan and various newsletters.
If you are happy for Council to reproduce photographs/video footage taken of you or interview material recorded with you in our various publications, and to the granting of a non-exclusive licence, including use by the media, please complete and sign the form below.
Granting of a non exclusive licence and conditions
Grant a non-exclusive licence to Clarence Valley Council to reproduce photographs, video footage and/or such materials for use as outlined above without acknowledgment of myself and without the entitlement to any remuneration now or in the future.
Clarence Valley Council agrees not to use any photograph, video footage or such materials in a manner that may be defamatory to the persons pictured, or for political or commercial gain.
