It's time celebrate the heritage of Clarence Valley’s First Nations people - Bundjalung, Yaegl and Gumbaynggirr.

This year's theme - Heal Country - calls for all of us to continue to seek greater protections for our lands, our waters, our sacred sites and our cultural heritage from exploitation, desecration, and destruction. (Source: NAIDOC Theme)

There's a full program of activities for NAIDOC Week in the Clarence Valley this week. There were celebrations in Maclean and Grafton on Tuesday to get proceedings under way.

The program and photos from street walks, flag raising ceremonies and smoking ceremonies are in the attached gallery.
